Our Audio Response system offers you the ability to access information about your accounts and to make transfer and withdrawal transactions anytime, anywhere. So, the next time you want to inquire about your account, just call our Audio Response System, a convenient service at your finger tips!

Usage Instructions

  • Enter your account number (this will be your savings account plus 2 zeros)
    for example if your account number is 1234, you will enter 123400

  • Enter your PIN, press # (last 4 digits of your Social Security Number initially - but you can change it to a different number if you wish)

  • Follow the commands

    For checking history-

Press (3) for Account History Menu
Press (2) for Checking History
Press (1) for History on Account
Enter 10# for a 2 digit Suffix Number
Press (1) to continue as far as desired
