To assist you in learning more about the Credit Union, we have compiled a short list of the most frequently asked questions and answers:


Q. What are your hours of operation?

A. A complete listing of our hours and branch locations is available online.


Q. Do I have to maintain a minimum balance in Share (savings)?

A. The minimum balance required for membership is only $5. See our rates page for more information.


Q. Where may I use my ATM card?

A. Your credit union ATM Card is accepted at any outlet which displays the Star/Honor or Cirrus logos. You can get more information or try our online ATM locators to find one near you.


Q. Why should I use the Audio Response system instead of calling and talking to a "live" person?

A. First, even though we enjoy talking with our members, the Audio Response system is usually quicker and more convenient. Also, for privacy reasons, we can no longer give out account information over the telephone. With 24 hour availability, you can check balances, request withdrawals, transfer between accounts, get check clearing information, and more.
